Beyond Fit Deli
Over the summer of 2025, I had the opportunity to intern as a graphic designer at Infinity Fitness, a local gym in Magnolia, AR. Inside the gym is Beyond Fit Deli, a separate business that operates in the same building and is run by the same staff. Both are owned and managed by Karen Pelt.
During my internship, I completed several major design projects for Beyond Fit Deli, including a full menu redesign, a new logo, and an updated catering menu. I also managed and created their social media content, ensuring their visuals remained consistent, clean, and engaging.
Even after the internship ended, Ms. Pelt continued to trust my work and asked me to update their menu prices whenever needed alongside building a website for her personal business (currenly in the works). I’m extremely grateful for this opportunity. It gave me a true start in my career as a graphic designer and allowed me to gain hands-on experience with real clients and real projects.
